Convenient location near train station and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Well-equipped room with washing machine and desk for work. Good soundproofing. Free coffee in the reception was a bonus.
Misleading mini fridge that doesn't actually refrigerate. No bowls available in the room.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It's just a stone's throw away from Gotanda station, making it super easy to get around. Plus, there are upscale supermarkets nearby and a convenience store right next door. Another great perk was the free umbrella use on rainy days. And let's not forget about the spacious rooms, which are larger than those in most business hotels in Japan.

Convenient location - 3 stops from Shibuya on Yamanote line, restaurants and a late-opening supermarket nearby. Close to Gotanda metro station with useful facilities in room like washing machine and kitchenette. Helpful staff and great proximity to train stations and convenience stores. Spacious bathroom and fresh towels provided daily.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the Gotanda station just across the street. We were able to easily access various areas of Tokyo and visit all the main attractions. The staff were very helpful and gave us great information about the surrounding area. The room was spacious and had a mini kitchenette, which was a bonus. We also found the bed to be extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean with good water pressure.
The wifi was not very stable during our stay.

This hotel is a great find for both business and leisure travelers. The location is excellent, being close to the Gotanda metro station on the JR Yamanote circle line, as well as other train and bus stations. You'll also find plenty of dining options nearby, including restaurants and a supermarket. The rooms are well-equipped with advanced facilities and all the necessities of an apartment. It's impressive how they've thought of every detail, from the slightly smaller bathroom to the free-flow drinks offered during breakfast. The staff members are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there's nothing that could be improved.
